What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery times range from 4 to 7 working days. Update: Most packages are arriving faster in the Netherlands! Normally, you will receive your package within 5 working days.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 4 to 7 working days has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please send an email to Kovena.shop@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and find out what is happening with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service via Kovena.shop@gmail.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for returning. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once that is done, you can send the product back to us via the courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Returns are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier. Please check the website of the courier you wish to use for more information about prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts from the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returns:

  • You can only return the item if:
    • The return period has not yet expired.
    • The product is still in its original packaging and all labels are attached.
    • The product has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments through various payment methods, such as: iDeal, Bancontact, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Amex. If you’re not sure if your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all possible options. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment systems, so they are safe.

What if I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order?

That shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email to Kovena.shop@gmail.com. We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to Kovena.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from the confirmation email, and if possible, the reason for the cancellation.
